Our Paralegals are highly qualified to do the following:

Transcribing of any document.  The fee for transcribing is $2.25 per minute, with an average of 70 - 80 words per minute.

Witness interviews (including recorded and transcribed copies) in English and Spanish.  The fee for witness interviews is $50.00 per hour, plus $0.80 per mile for traveling. Transcribing fees apply for transcribed reports.

All case work which includes, but is not limited to, file preparation, proof reading, property damage resolution, requesting and obtaining medical records, reports and bills, demand letters, medical summaries, deposition summaries, legal document preparation, litigation to include complaints, discovery, motions, briefs, subpoenas, petitions, Trial preparation, legal research and case law summaries. The fee for case work is $25.00 per hour.

On site projects.  Our Paralegals can travel to you when you have an employee desk to cover, are in between employees, or just need a little added help for a short amount of time.  The fee for on site projects is $25.00 per hour plus traveling time.

A minimum of one hour per order is required.
